Capficiency Private Equity Acquires ProvisionPoint Limited

ProvisionPoint Limited, a UK-based solution developer providing tailored productivity software leveraging the Microsoft 365 workspace, has been acquired by Capficiency Private Equity (“CPE”), an emerging private equity firm with existing PortCo’s in the software and IT Services industry.
